Sandeep Mandara

Sandeep, combines a career in audit and finance with a deep engagement in the creative arts, supporting Dhātrī Kalāmandira as its Treasurer and co-creator of its vision. With over nine years of experience in audit and finance, Sandeep supports the institution as its Treasurer, while also bringing his expertise in cinematography, media design, and photography. 

Having received training from stalwarts such as Anand Sharan and Nagathihalli Chandrashekar, his creative approach is widely acclaimed by professionals and audience alike. His brief stint with running a creative digital studio for 2 years has given him opportunities to work with corporates and large scale events as a 'media design partner'.

Drawing from his experiences in both structured corporate environments and creative projects, Sandeep helped shape Dhātrī Kalāmandira as more than just a school — as a nurturing ecosystem where tradition meets innovation. He brings his business acumen to guide the institution’s day-to-day activities and administration, while also contributing to its identity by shaping the brand presence, including designing the institution’s logo.
